Store lyophilized vials in a freezer for long-term stability. After reconstitution, keep refrigerated and protected from light.
What dose should I take?
We provide peptides for research purposes only and do not give out any medical advice. Please conduct independent research or speak to a licensed medical professional.
Why is there no liquid in my vial of peptides?
Our peptides are lyophilized (freeze dried) for shelf stability during shipping and handling, to ensure they arrive at maximum potency. They require bacteriostatic water for research use.

All of our peptides are sourced from vetted, quality-controlled synthesis partners with documented manufacturing standards.

How soon will my order ship?
We ship daily Monday through Saturday. All orders placed before 1pm ship the same day. All orders ship with FedEx 2-Day Air. Please note we cannot ship to PO boxes, only commercial and residential addresses.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an automatic email with a link to track your order with FedEx.
Do you ship internationally?
We are only shipping within the US at the moment. Please note we cannot ship to PO boxes, only commercial and residential addresses.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping is included on all orders over $150.
How is my order packaged?
All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging with vials individually cushioned to prevent breakage during transit.

What is your return policy?
We are happy to accept returns of unopened vials within a month of purchase. To initiate a return request, log in to your account using the same email address used at checkout, navigate to My Account → Orders, and click Return Request next to the relevant order. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days. We will issue a full refund once we receive the return package and can restock the inventory.
What should I do if my purchase arrives damaged or defective?
We are always happy to make things right in this situation — please submit the Exchange Request Form and we will send a replacement in 1–2 business days.
